Just created a stackoverflow proposal for EPICS. Its a Q&A site that can accommodate a wider range of questions then a blog can and it also helps us develop a community.

About the blog

I created the EPICS blog because I use the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System everyday, but I find a lack of information online when I use it and experience problems. So here I will document my experiences using the software from a users point of view.

I'm a beginner so the information here is not authoritative and I don't claim to be an expert, but the things I have figured out and I have working I will post. I'll also post the problems I'm having and the current problems that I'm working on.

Hopefully other people will see the problem and either comment on it, suggest a fix, or note that they are having the same problem too.
